Have you ever wondered about all the latest, greatest, shelf stable, lightweight, survival foods available but didn’t want to spend big money just to find you didn’t like them? Then this course is for you.
During this course we eat! Students will learn to prepare and sample many different types of shelf stable foods including brands such as Wise, Emergency Essentials, Mountain House and MRE’s. Emergency rations such as Datrex, Mainstay, Pilot Crackers etc. will be offered as well. Find out which ones you like best!
This interactive course will provide students with an opportunity to compare products for nutritional content, shelf life, calories, weight and more.
