Knowing how to tie the appropriate knots in a survival situation can save you time and energy, help you acquire food, make shelter and carry supplies. It’s fun and even helpful for a weekend camping or on the lake.
This entry level course gives students detailed instruction and practical hands on practice tying several useful knots. Bindings and lashings will be covered as well as using natural materials such as barks and roots. This course includes cordage, rope and handouts for the student to take home. Students also learn to make a paracord survival bracelet which is theirs to take home.
