Registration

    Blackthorn-USA courses are offered on a first come, first served basis; and have limited enrollment in each course. To confirm and hold a reservation for your course date register as early as possible. If you miss the deadline and wish to inquire about course availability please contact us.


Registering for Blackthorn-USA courses is easy. Select the “Courses” button in the top menu for a listing and descriptions of all our Courses, Classes and Events. Or if you already know what you want, just click the “Register Now” button to be taken to the check-out page.

By Mail

    If you would like to pay by mail with a check or money order, download and print the appropriate course registration and waiver form, (Adult) or (Child)  Fill these forms out and mail those along with your course fee to the address on the forms. Make all checks out to Blackthorn-USA.

    Please do not send cash through the mail. 

Custom Courses

     Blackthorn-USA will work with your group or organization to design a course to fit your individual needs. Please contact  us for details.

 Youth Participation

 Youth (ages 9 to 15) may attend courses at no charge when accompanied by a paying parent or guardian. Course supplies will be shared between youth and adult. Additional supplies are available for purchase on site.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Blackthorn-USA cancellation and transfer policies are based on our investment in staff, course planning, supplies and equipment purchases before your course. If you cancel we cannot recover our expenses. Short-notice cancellations often prevent others from attending.

We understand that sometimes things come up. Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason here’s how it works.

  • 30 days or more before a course begins: full refund.
  • 30 days to 15 days before a course begins: 50% refund.
  • 15 days or less before the course begins: no refund will be provided.

In the rare event that a course be canceled by Blackthorn-USA, a full refund will be provided to all registered participants.

The Deposit Portion of your payment is non-refundable. Should you cancel 15 or more days before your course, you may apply your deposit (one time only) to another course, of your choice, within one year of your original class date. Students who are required to leave a course, for any reason, after it has begun will not be entitled to a refund.
